Kayvan Sadeghi

Kayvan is an Associate Professor in Statistical Data Science in the Department of Statistical Science at University College London, and a Bye-fellow of Christ's College, Cambridge. Before joining UCL, Kayvan held postdoctoral as well as research positions at Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Cambridge. He received his DPhil from the University of Oxford. Kayvan's main research interest concerns Graphical Markov Models and Random Network Models with a special interest in the conditional independence structures of such models. His works on related problems in Causal Inference and Social Networks, and use methods from Algebraic Statistics and Combinatorics.
