We are thrilled to announce that Statistics Ph.D. student Ronan Perry has been awarded an Amazon AI Ph.D. Fellowship. Nominations were sought last month for the inaugural cohort of this new fellowship, and ten UW fellowships were awarded. The fellowship provides funding to the awardees for two years plus access to a pool of AWS cloud credits to support their research.
