The courses offered by the department cover a variety of topics in statistics, data science, machine learning and artificial intelligence.  We offer both service courses (at the graduate as well as the undergraduate level) that provide introductions to key concepts in statistics and satisfy requirements for many academic programs, and well as intermediate and advanced coursework taken mostly by students in Statistics, Biostatistics, and other aligned programs such as Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science and Engineering, Business, Economics and Sociology.
