Chongzhi Di

Chongzhi Di will be presenting a guest talk titled "On functional principal component regression" on Friday November 2, 2018.

Bio:
Dr. Di is an Associate Member of Biostatistics at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and an Affiliate Associate Professor of Biostatistics at UW. He obtained his PhD in Biostatistics from the Johns Hopkins University in 2009 and has been a faculty member at the Fred Hutch since. His research interests include functional and longitudinal data, measurement error and latent variable models, and their application in biomedical studies. Motivated by several collaborative projects on mobile health (mHealth), his recent research involves methods development and applications on utilizing high-resolution data collected by mobile and wearable devices in precision public health research.
